Lublin 3 Seas Congress
The digital economy is today a key growth driver for ten countries in the CEE. In the last five years alone, the digital economy of these countries has grown by a total of EUR 42 bln. According to analysis, by 2030 this increase in our region of Europe may reach as much as EUR 206 bln. However, experts admit that for these forecasts to become realistic, immediate reforms and thorough changes in what specifically drives the digital economy are necessary.
SAPIE was represented by our colleague Lucia Colníková, who presented the most pressing challenges for SMEs in a digital decade during the panel “3 SEAS REGION ON THE WAY OF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT.” During the discussion, speakers talked about how to effectively use this huge historical opportunity, as well as what challenges we face and how we should respond to them. The important topics are talent attraction and to keep talented people in the region, stable regulations, state support and cross-sectoral collaboration.
