We have big news 🥳 and it is called Hopero.
We would like to inform you about an important milestone in SAPIE's activities.
The European Commission has launched a pan-European project of digital innovation centers (Officially European Digital Innovation Hub, https://digital-strategy.ec.europa.eu/en/activities/edihs), which aim to help accelerate the digital transformation in the EU and thereby help catch up the world's most digitally developed economies.
A project in Slovakia was selected as one of the winners, which includes SAPIE. This multi-year project called Hopero will help Slovak organizations to carry out digital transformation, especially with the help of artificial intelligence (AI).
Who represents the Hopero?
Hopero builds and manages a consortium of four entities: Kempelen Institute of Intelligent Technologies (KInIT), CIVITTA, Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAV) and Slovak Alliance for Innovative Economy (SAPIE).
What is the goal of the project?
The project aims to prepare companies for the digital era by strengthening and expanding the community of innovators, providing expert training, improving access and increasing awareness of financial instruments and introducing artificial intelligence. Companies that choose to participate will have a unique combination of experts from both academia and business available to guide them through each step of their digital transformation.
What can I get with Hopero?
Thanks to the Hopero project, companies will gain access to the consulting services of AI experts, as well as high-performance computing infrastructure for experimenting with different AI models and technologies for specific business needs.
Another added value for participating companies is new contacts with interesting people from the innovative ecosystem, as well as knowledge and inspiration from conferences, workshops and trainings on the topic of digitization, financing and investment. Last but not least, companies will get information about the possibilities of financing digital transformation using existing and planned financial instruments, such as Recovery plan and much more.
