Digital Services Act joint letter

DSA

SAPIE joined forces with partner organizations dedicated to the protection of start-up and scale-up ecosystems and sent a letter to the European Parliament commenting on proposed changes in digital services. This is an area where the European Union has clear ambitions to unify and modernize existing legislation in this area. Although we understand the objectives of the European Union, Members of the European Parliament should keep in mind when discussing the direction of these regulations that start-ups and scale-up companies are the most affected through excessive regulatory activity.

SAPIE is an active partner in the protection of the business environment and therefore took part in this initiative. Through this letter, a group of business associations drew the attention of Members of the European Parliament to the main aspects that the new legislation must keep in mind in order not to forget the most innovative groups of companies. Read our main suggestions in this area.
