Igor is an entrepreneur, founder of companies Webglobe and Sixfeet. He started the web hosting company Webglobe with Juraj Hantak in 1999, during his university studies.
Later, in 2008, he started new e-commerce and distribution company Sixfeet, with his wife Silvia. In 2012 he made an exit and decided to return back to the ICT business.
After the successful acquisition of one of the biggest competitors on Slovak web hosting market – Yegon – he continues to work as a CEO of the merged company Webglobe – Yegon, that has become one of the top leaders in web hosting and cloud infrastructure industry in Slovakia.
Besides work he has found a passion in mentoring, education and helping young people with starting up their own business, both in digital and non-digital area. He is focusing on supporting independent entrepreneurship and on motivation of young entrepreneurs in developing countries, which has become his personal mission.
