Matej Ftacnik
Co-founder & CXOMatej is a co-founder of The Spot - Booster, the first Slovak startup creative space & accelerator, that has been shaping the local startup ecosystem with a wide range of community-oriented activities (education, networking, mentoring) and business activities (acceleration, corporate consulting, fundraising support) since 2012.
He is also a Founding Partner of VacuumLabs, a team of 30+ experts on React framework and single-page app development. Their track record shows dozens of state of the art solutions delivered to startups and corporations. They organize regular meetups, workshops, hackathons and conferences about the React framework. Their flagship event is the ReactiveConf, which hosts more than 25 speakers and 500+ attendees from all over the Europe every year.
Matej has also organized the first three Startup Weekends in Slovakia, won the national Startup Awards in 2011 with startup NiceReply.com, co-founded Startup Camps (monthly meetups in 5 Slovak/Czech cities), hosted StartupSummit in Prague (250+ attendants from CEE) and has been active in evangelizing startups and entrepreneurship on Slovak universities and in media.
Besides that, he loves to travel and see the world, enjoy good food and whisky, spend time with his great family and meet new people with the wildest personal stories.

Majo Porvažník studied law at Oxford and currently works as the CEO of Vacuum Group, the fastest growing technology hub in CEE. The goal of his business activities is to improve people's access to capital, justice and healthcare.
Majo co-founded several legal tech startups and leads the only Slovak non-governmental organisation focused on improving advocacy.
