Head of Innovation Capability CenterMaroš Čuchta is the Head of the Takeda Innovation Capability Center in Bratislava. He studied business management at the University of Economics in Bratislava. He has more than 20 years of experience in consulting and information technology in an international environment in the fields of telecommunications, finance, public administration and pharmaceuticals.
As of 2014, he worked as the head of the Accenture Advanced Technology center in Bratislava, and in 2021 he took over the management of the newly opened Innovation Center of Takeda, which belongs to the Top 10 high-quality biotechnology companies in the world and has over 240 years of tradition.

Moreover, insourcing of these capabilities allows Takeda to be more agile to adapt to changing needs. Through the ICC, Takeda starts a new chapter of its business transformation, one that involves building and nurturing a community of data and digital technology champions that will catalyze innovation at scale within the biopharmaceutical company.
