Radoslav is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of executive experience. His passion is strategy and showing how innovations can open new opportunities for companies. He loves startups and have also co-founded several businesses / startups with regional or global reach. He is bringing fresh vision and creativity into shaping, launching and selling products.
In 2000, he co-founded the company Millennium, a leading e-business solutions provider (60+ employees, 4x Deloitte Technology Fast 50 CE Winner, 16x Microsoft Industry Awards Winner). Millennium was delivering solutions to clients such as: T-Com, Orange, VUB Bank, CSOB Bank, ZUNO Bank, ESET, Siemens, Microsoft etc. In 2011, he co-founded Odyzeo, a digital agency with focus on User eXperience and digital transformation and was working on projects for Ceska sporitelna (ERSTE Group), ZUNO Bank, Privatbanka, O2, Tatry Mountain Resorts etc.
In 2016, he co-founded the company Luigi's Box (SaaS, B2B), which is a set of tools for eCommerce companies (Search Analytics, Site Search & Product Discovery). In 2017 Luigi’s Box got investment from Neulogy Ventures, in 2018 the following investment from Leverage Technology (VC Fund) and got nominated for Best Newcomer Startup at Central European Startup Awards (CESA Awards). In 2018, Luigi’s Box received the Search Industry Award for the Most Promising Start-Up presented by the Information Retrieval Specialist Group of the British Computer Society (BCS) and in 2020 received the E-commerce Germany Award, winning 1st place in the Best Analytics/BI Solutions category.
In 2020, he founded the company Panza Robotics, which is a high-tech innovation company focused on research and manufacturing of advanced robots. Its first project is robot Artaban, an autonomous four-legged robot designed to support routine or dangerous operations across various industries.
Radoslav was nominated for "Ernst&Young entrepreneur of the year" award in 2008 in Slovakia and finalist for "Founder of the Year" at Central European Startup Awards (CESA Awards) in 2018.
He graduated from Slovak University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (Computer Integrated Manufacturing).
