Radovan Čechvala is a European patent attorney, a European trademark and design attorney and an experienced IP consultant. He specializes in supporting innovative companies and entrepreneurs in the process of obtaining international protection for their inventions and innovations. He works actively in the innovation ecosystem and as a mentor for startups and budding entrepreneurs. He specializes in inventions from the field of applied electronics, but also in patent protection of SW solutions and solutions using artificial intelligence. He is a member of many international organizations in the field of IP, including EPI, GRUR, INTA, he is a member of the ECTA harmonization commission and also an associate member of the AIPPI commission for the field of IP commercialization. He also works actively as a member of the board of the Slovak Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
