Dr Non A is an architect, urban designer and smart city research and development specialist who currently serves as a senior expert in smart city promotion at the Digital Economy Promotion Agency of Thailand. His advocacy is the utilization of the concept and practice of "smart livable cities" and implementing technological solutions to enhance citizens' livelihood. With a specialization in using human-centered design to solve open-ended problems, he draws inspiration from his global experience, cross-cultural exchange, social psychology, and behavioral economics. Passionate about using technology to mitigate social issues such as urban growth, mobility, and public health, Dr Non holds master's degrees from MIT and Oxford University, and a doctorate in anthropology from Harvard University.
