Miroslav Gašpárek is the CEO and co-founder of the startup Sensible Biotechnologies. Sensible Bio has received investment from the world's best startup accelerator, Y Combinator, other top investors from Silicon Valley and Europe, and works with the world's best biotech industry experts. He is also a student of engineering and synthetic biology at the University of Oxford and a biosafety researcher at Stanford. Miro has worked with top early-stage biotech fund from Silicon Valley, Civilization Ventures, Swiss biotech investment firm Nodes Advisors, and collaborates with other global biotech investment groups. In addition, Miro is an advisor to a member of the World Health Organization's Executive Committee on Innovation and Biosafety. Miro graduated in biomedical engineering from Imperial College London and conducted research in synthetic biology at Imperial College, the California Institute of Technology and Stanford University.
