Katri-Liis Lepik is Associate Professor of Management at Tallinn University, Estonia. She is head of the global Master’s programme of Social Entrepreneurship. She is the Chair of the international COST network “Multi-disciplinary innovation for social change” covering 40 countries. She is a board member of The Skill Mill Limited – an award-winning Social Enterprise dedicated to the employment of young ex-offenders by providing environmental maintenance services in the UK using Social Impact Bonds.  She is the author of  several publications on social innovation and entrepreneurship, e.g. Social enterprises and their ecosystems in Europe Country report : Estonia and European Social Enterprise Monitor  - Estonian Report  (2020-2021 and 2021-2022).
