Hajdi Cenan is co-founder & CEO of a deep tech startup airt, which enables companies to analyze and predict their end customers’ behavior, even if they don't have in-house expertise. A regular speaker and panelist at business conferences on AI and startup topics, she was named among the top 100 most influential businesswomen in Croatia, nominated for the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Award, and listed among the top 100 most important STEM entrepreneurs in Croatia. Hajdi is also one of the co-founders of PWMN Croatia, the association that promotes equality and gender-balanced leadership, co-founded and served as the VP of the Croatian AI association, and has co-founded the Croatian Startup Ecosystem Association (Cro Startup) where she serves as the President. Hajdi is also the representative of the Croatian startup ecosystem and sits on the Board of European Startup Networks.
