Gerd graduated economics at University of Passau in Germany. Previously he worked for the KfW for eight years on numerous positons. Gerd has been working for the European Investment Bank since 2006 in various positions, such as the Loan Officer for Public and Private Sector transactions in Austria and Germany, Head of EIBG Representation in Germany and Country Manager for Albania and North-Macedonia. Nowadays he holds the position of Head of EIBG Representation in Slovakia since April 2020.
