Lenka Hlinková
Co-founder, Managing DirectorLenka is a co-founder and Managing Director of algoritmus; the educational company helping people to understand technology by attending courses or participating on real technical projects.
Their training activities are focused on skills of the future using local labour opportunities in software development, user experience and cyber security.
In the past, Lenka co-founded the startup
e-styler. That was followed by 12 years experience working in Tech managing software development projects for prestigious clients, based in Kosice (Eastern Slovakia) and 2 years in London.
Lenka is the author of the first Slovak book encouraging women to study and work in Tech called Female Algorithm. In 2019, she became the national leader of the global initiative LEAN IN founded by Sheryl Sandberg and has a passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging at work.
