Joint letter from European industry players

SAPIE supported the Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic and has asked European Commission Vice-President Margrethe Vestager, Commissioner Thierry Breton and leading Members of the European Parliament to review certain aspects of the Digital Services Act (DSA) to ensure that this new legislation does not create unnecessary burdens for small and medium-sized European businesses.

In the attached joint statement, we focus on five key points that we believe should be reviewed to avoid unnecessary burdens and slowing down the development of online platforms. Read more in the joint letter.
