Falling Walls Venture 2026

Nominate one or more science start-ups for this year´s Global Call for Science Breakthroughs.

Are you a founder of a pioneering science-based start-up? Or do you know a groundbreaking venture transforming cutting-edge research into real-world impact? This is your opportunity to bring it to the global stage.

Which startups can apply?

◾ are based on scientific research (e.g. biotech, data & AI, cleantech, new materials, engineering, healthcare, food & agriculture),

◾ were founded after 1 Jan 2021 and are already incorporated,

◾already have a prototype / proof of concept,

◾Each start-up must be endorsed by a nominating g institution. This can be a university, a research institution, or another type of organisation, like an accelerator or incubator.
