Marcela has nearly 25 years of experience working in business, NGOs, universities, and her own business.

She has been working in Project and Finance management for over 8 years, specifically in EU funds for private, public, and NGO sectors. Her responsibilities include project preparation, implementation, reporting, and monitoring.

Her role involves mediating communication between partners and ensuring a smooth workflow for collaboration by keeping the consortium well-informed and supported.

Marcela also has experience in the retail sector, particularly in sales, purchasing, and the HR department, focusing on Training and Employee Development.

She has been a part of teams and co-organized numerous conferences, workshops, and events such as World Dinner and Ball for the business and diplomatic community, as well as the International Board Event of Engineering faculties.

Marcela studied French language and literature at Comenius University in Bratislava and has lived in various countries.
