Lucia joined the team as Portfolio Manager and League for Digital Boost Lead. Her responsibilities includes managing projects focusing on digitization, organizing events or increasing external networks. 

She gained experiences through almost 10 years experience at GLOBSEC, where she was responsible for various projects, including organizing events with deliverables in Slovakia as well as abroad, communication with stakeholders across different sectors, coordination of the office in Banská Bystrica and several other areas related to the project and event management.

Lucia has been involved in teams and co-organised various conferences and workshops across Europe and in the US. She studied international relations at the Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica.
