Dalibor graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Comenius University in Bratislava, where he specialised in IT and Artificial Intelligence. For a few years he develop his academic career and spend time at postgraduate stay at the Oxford University and Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
In March 1997 he founded a software company ui42 with couple of his friends. Within the company he dedicated his time to a job portal project called Profesia.sk, which transformed into a separate entity in 2001. Dalibor became the CEO and stayed as one even after the entry of strategic investor Daily Mail and General Trust. Dalibor co-founded TrackTest, a tool for independent online testing of English language and he is currently Product Manager at Profesia.sk.
