Kristína Šumichrastová
Managing DirectorKristína Šumichrastová is the director of the consulting company Ayming Slovakia and Ayming Czech Republic. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and the Université Paris Dauphine in France, specializing in international business law.
Kristína joined Alma Consulting (now Ayming) during her internship in Paris. Ayming is a global R&D consultancy company and today one of the largest R&D consulting companies in the world.
In 2010, she was given an important role in preparing a strategy for the company's entry into the Czech and later Slovak markets, which she succeeded in doing. Kristína has been entrusted to establish a subsidiary in Czech Republic (2012) and later in Slovakia (2016).
Ayming operates in 14 countries around the world. We provide professional advice to companies in the field of financing innovation‘s. We help companies of all sizes and specializations increase and maintain their competitiveness.
Within Slovakia we specialize in tax deduction for research and development, grant consulting, patent box and we also help companies obtain a certificate of competence to perform research and development. We regularly organize educational workshops and webinars to raise awareness in these areas. As a member of various associations, especially the working groups for R&D, or financial legislation (e.g within the Association for the Automotive Industry of the Slovak Republic), we are working to improve the conditions for applying tax deduction in Slovakia.
