His background is social sciences and humanities which is a great match for technology projects of clients. Working in this inspiring and competitive environment for last 18 years, Miroslav has been continuously building his sensible innovation management approach. He has proven his business development abilities and project management skills in 15+ collaborative projects implemented and 10+ innovation projects with spin-offs & startups. He also helps to optimize internal processes and metrics for efficient EC grant project implementation. Currently he works with couple of top innovative teams in Slovakia and Czech republic to address selected opportunities of HORIZON Europe programme.
ADDSEN is an SME established in Bratislava region. Our main focus is on innovation management, business development consulting and RTD activities related to usability of innovation. The core team has been performing innovation management since 2006 and was actively involved in Framework Programme Seven (FP7), Competitiveness Innovation Programme (CIP), Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe in a number of collaborative projects. The project team of ADDSEN includes specialists in domains of social sciences, requirements analysis, microeconomy, user engagement, communication and innovation management.
ADDSEN typical role is to assist excellent scientific teams and promising businesses to discover & fully realize their potential via EC programmes. The advisory includes elaboration of business models, set-up of business plans, identification of upstream and downstream value chain partners and internationalisation strategies. The company works for various types of customers β ranging from SMEs, through enterprise to public bodies i.e. universities, research centres and governmental agencies. Our clients are major Slovak universities and research institutions, as well as deep-tech start-ups in the sector of bio-tech, health-tech and Green Deal. Currently the company is a member of two EU consortia supporting active role of women in technologies, investments and entrepreneurship.
