I founded my first own company 26HOUSE in the IT sector 6 years ago, which is now the parent company of three other companies. I am a member of YPO (Young President Organisation) Slovak Chapter a global leadership community of chief executives, which I helped found 9 years ago.
I support the mentoring of young students in LEAF and the Butterfly effect. To create meaningful innovations, you need to know your users. Empathise and care about their lives. There is no formula for innovation, but the best proxy is a group of brilliant, highly motivated people clustered together, working towards a shared goal.
