The event will give Slovak entrepreneurs the opportunity to hear the American success stories of three innovative Slovak tech companies and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
Event will be open with a panel discussion led by Mary MacPherson of the Slovak-American Foundation, involving the founders of Photoneo and Sensoneo and the CEO of the Vacuum Group.
They will discuss their experiences in establishing their U.S, presence, including things they would do differently if they could go back in time. They will also take questions from entrepreneurs entering the U.S. market right now.
The second part of the event will feature EY’s U.S. tax expert Jillian Symes, together with Richard Panek and Cyril Chovanec of EY Slovakia, who will address the following important topics:
