The Twin City Future Innovation Manufacturing Hub project (2C FIMH).

The Twin City Future Innovation Manufacturing Hub project (2C FIMH) is the latest SAPIE's project with a focus on deepening cooperation between Austria and Slovakia in the field of innovation.

Objectives

This project develops recommendations for a transnational innovation strategy in the manufacturing sector and lays the foundation for an innovation hub in Vienna and Bratislava. Over the next two years, pilot activities on incubation, education and cooperation will be carried out to promote cross-border cooperation between universities, companies and start-ups.

Through various activities, SAPIE and our partners will jointly work on drafting policy recommendations and operational frameworks to enhance manufacturing innovation between Austria and Slovakia, establishing a cross-border incubation program for manufacturing startups as well as connecting manufacturing companies with startups, researchers, and makers based on industry meets makers concept.
